Order status explanation

More and more customers love to buy with 42agent because we have user-friendly order system, in which customers can check every detail of their item status, order status and parcel status after they submit orders. In this article we will introduce in detail how to track each status. After reading it, you may feel our website is stupid easy to use.

There are 3 order status before you pay for a 42agent order :

Await user confirmation

It means you have added some items to your shopping cart on 42agent site, but have not submitted the order yet. On this stage, we can’t see your order at back end. So it is very important to click “Submit order” once you add all items you want.

Await confirmation

It means you have submitted the order and are waiting for confirmation from 42agent. We will confirm item availability and your detail requirements with Taobao sellers and send you 1st payment invoice within 24 hours.

Await 1st payment

This status means we have already sent your 1st payment invoice which includes item cost, service fee, and domestic shipping fee. The only thing you need to do is to pay the order.

After you pay the order, there are 4 order status :


You have completed your first payment. Once we receive your payment, we will begin purchasing the item immediately.

  • Purchasing: You have made 1st payment to 42agent, and is waiting for 42agent to buy the items.
  • Purchased: 42agent has already purchased the items and is waiting for the items’ arrival.

Arrived & Await 2nd payment

All items under the same order have arrived at 42agent warehouse, we have checked items & uploaded photos & quoted shipping, and are waiting for your payment for international shipping.

Await Shipping

You have already paid for international shipping, and we will ship the parcel within 12 hours.


Parcel has been sent out from 42agent and you will get an email with tracking number. The only thing you need to do is waiting for the parcel arrival and getting your desired items. You can login your 42agent account to track the order at any time.

After click “tracking”, you will see the order ID and tracking number in a new page, there you can track on the shipping company’s website by just clicking the tracking number.

§ Why does it show crawl failure when I submit a link?

This is because most e-commerce platforms have built sophisticated anti-crawl mechanisms. We will manually update images, prices and other product data after you submit your order. You can also upload information about the product page through our HTML button. Click here to learn more.

§ Can you combine my different orders for shipping?

Yes, we can combine different orders, so that you will pay only one international shipping fee.

§ Can you ship part of my order before all arrive at your office?

Yes, we are flexible at shipping arrived items of an order first and will ship the rest later to you. Our order system can support this function and make this process conveniently.

§ Is there any insurance for my package?

The insurance is optional. Usually, we do not provide insurance because to take insurance, the insured value should be declared, which increases the value of item at your local customs. But if you insist in taking insurance, we can help you insure the shipping. You will pay 5% of all the cost (items cost + domestic shipping fee + our service fee + international shipping fee) if you want your items insured.

§ If I can’t find my country in the international shipping fee list, does it mean that you can’t deliver parcels to my county?

No, by EMS, DHL, TNT and AIL MAIL international shipping methods, we can deliver parcels to almost everywhere in the world. If your country is not in the list, please let us know and we will check the shipping fee for you immediately.

§ How long can I track my package after you ship it?

For EMS, you can track it the same day we ship it. For Singapore airmail, you can track it in about 3 days after we ship, as the parcel will be sent to Singapore first, where the information will be updated. For DHL, you can track it in 2-3days after we ship, as our shipping company will have all their DHL parcels transit from Hongkong, where information will be updated. For Chinese air, SAL, Surface, tracking information will be available in 2-3 days after we ship.
