Over the past two years, more than half of our team members have been working overtime, putting in 7-10 additional hours per week. To ensure the overall timeliness and quality of our service, we are currently unable to process some orders.

To avoid having your order declined, please ensure that you do not delete or modify the link or update the link option notes after we have confirmed your order. Our system automatically flags such orders and places them at the end of our already long to-do list, which ultimately results in us being unable to process them.

For any flagged orders, we may send you an email notifying you that we are unable to process your order. Thanks for your kind understanding.
