42agent doesn’t have complicated and incomprehensible membership system, just like our website, it is simple and clear. As long as you register, you become one of our members.
Over the years, we didn’t advertise our membership system on purpose. However, our back-end processing system indeed shows a very clear classification of members according to customers’ order quantity and amount. It generally divides into 5 levels:
- Blue heart
– 5 completed orders - Red heart
– 10 completed orders - Diamond
– 20 completed orders - Blue Crown
– 50 completed orders - Gold Crown
– 200 completed orders
Generally speaking, we prioritize higher level customers’ orders, message and emails. Of course for all users, we guarantee that all orders will be processed within the time we promise, including confirming, purchasing, quality checking, packing and shipping.
In addition to these 5 levels, we also have VIP/SVIP members who are entitled to 7% or 6% of the Shop For Me service fee depending on the purchase amount. We also welcome you to become our VIP/SVIP member.
VIP/SVIP membership
Although we hope you place more and more orders, at the same time we are more comforted that each of your shopping with us is happy and satisfied. No matter your 1st order, or the 100th, or the 1000th, we always keep providing same high quality service. For 42agent, your satisfaction is always our highest pursuit.
Except the 5 levels membership, we have another 2 favorable levels: VIP and SVIP. The difference is:

Achievement condition means cumulative transaction amount.
VIP/SVIP can enjoy lower service fees than regular members. What’s more, we usually send more shopping coupons to VIP and SVIP customers. Some customers may not have enough trading amount to be a VIP or SVIP member currently. However, as long as you have enough budget and plan, you will get it.
For example, in the coming year you estimate to make 50,000 CNY or 200,000 CNY trading amount. You can tell us about your plan, your website or your previous shopping history, and we will adjust your commission fee accordingly. We sincerely welcome you to join 42agent’s membership club!

VIP/SVIP FAQ
§ What is the scope of the VIP/SVIP discounted service rate?
VIP/SVIP is only valid for regular orders of Shop For Me service. Below cases are invalid:
- 12% for the Xianyu service
- Shop For Me Pro service fee 20%
- Ship For Me is charged at 15 CNY/KG
- Other value-added service fees, etc.
Because most of our VIP/SVIP are retailers or wholesale customers, they actually rarely use the above services, so the majority of orders are covered by the discounted service fees.
§ Is there any time limit for VIP/SVIP cumulative spending amount?
We count your spending for the last 5 years and will upgrade your membership once you reach the cumulative spending amount for VIP or SVIP. If you do not meet our spending statistics after the upgrade, then you may be downgraded to a regular membership.
Also, since our staff is limited and our order volume is constantly growing. If we expand our VIP/SVIP membership too quickly, we cannot guarantee the highest quality service. Therefore, it is possible that the last 5 years of cumulative spending will be changed to the last 3 or 2 years of cumulative spending in the future. Don’t worry, as of July 2021 we are still counting the last 5 years of spending.
