The best experience I’ve ever had with purchasing online! I used their ‘shop for me’ service and I’m honestly so impressed how simple the process was!
The website is very easy to use and the layout is great, it was also really easy to message them. They send you plenty of photos once your items arrive at their warehouse, which is very reassuring. I bought some delicate ceramic mugs and they padded the parcel up very #safely with bubble wrap so they wouldn’t break.

I've never had any problems using this shopping service. They inform you of your order's progress every step of the way, answer questions in a timely manner, and are good about asking follow up questions. I like how photos of the orders are included. Fees and #shipping are reasonable.

I've ordered via 42agent twice now. The first time was a smooth process. The second time I bought a digital item among other items. I requested one #packaging for all items. However because of that digital item (even though no battery was in it) the package kept getting return to sender by the postal service. After 2 times, 42agent offered an alternative solution, which was to send the digital item through a different service provider. They nicely repacked everything. The package without the digital item came finally in the usual #EMS timeframe. The digital item took much longer but it also finally arrived #safely. Seriously if I had to #purchase and do the #shipping myself I would have been so lost when anything unusual happens. Thanks to 42agent for the excellent service in providing a hassle-free shopping experience.

I've ordered from 42agent numerous times and have always been impressed with the customer service, prompt responses to questions/requests, speed in getting orders fulfilled and great #packaging. I love 42agent but the order had a few problems. (They are still very good.)
When I bought original #costume, 42agent waited to buy costume for a couple hours. Then item had gone out of stock because of the wait. But it is okay because I found the same costume second-hand. They bought very #quickly after and #communication was good. Because of virus, #shipping took a very very long time and the box was heavily damaged. Items still came in good condition except for the wings which were cracked. But 42agent did very good job with buying items and very helpful. I appreciate their patience and kindness towards me.

The package shipped out very #quickly via #EMS #shipping. Everything came in perfect condition. Only complaint is with the seller. With the Riamu #cosplay, the zipper is very weak and tight around the arms and chest. I still have the same measurements as I did before. But 42agent did a perfect job at buying items and shipping + great #communication.
