They even send you #pictures of the stuff they receive before #shipping, just to make sure everything's alright, and they warn you if something is wrong, missing or "strange".
I must say they don't answer very #quickly to my questions/emails, sometimes I got their response after 48 hours, but that's not a big issue for such a great service :)

This is the third time,I have ordered from them and as always,they were very nice,polite and patient with me,even when I kept changing my mind and asking questions. The order was carefully #packed and they send #pictures of the item before sending it,so I could confirm it and they were no mistakes. The service fee is very reasonable and the #airmail #shipping is cheap. It arrived in around 15 days in Belgium (Western Europe) as airmail does and the packed was labeled as I asked them to label it. This means they listen to your request carefully. Would definitely recommend.

This is my 8th order with TaobaoRing/42agent, and all goes so well. I used 3 #taobao agents before, but they are not as good as TaobaoRing/42agent. TaobaoRing/42agent has lower service commission, but much better service. When my friend recommended to me last year, i just wanted to have a try, but then i found i was not able to leave. Good #communication, quick confirmation and reply, low #shipping price and #fast shipping.
The good thing is they take #pictures for free, so you see what you will receive even before they ship them. Lovely photos.
EMS shipping is good and safe, some times it takes 5 days, sometimes even only takes 4 days. Unbelivable, but it's truth. :)))))

Really happy, they even take #pictures for your items when they get them in their warehouse, but other agents used before did not do this, or if asked them to take, they will charge fees, but TaobaoRing/42agent will do this all for free. The best agent ever.

Good feedback from the customer service in acceptable English quality.
Had one problem though. There was a set of screws missing from one of the mini PCs in the order. The operator handling the #pictures and receipt should have noticed this before #shipping to me, as it was a fairly obvious problem. (The back plate on the PC was laying loose in the package)

This was my first and probably last time I will be using TaoBaoRing. Specifics of the item were not explained to me in a clear manner leading to confusion. The agent spent more time trying to get me to accept a defective item and then tried to say there were no defects when the #pictures they themselves took showed defects that I had to point out several times. Other people I showed the pictures to cringed and could not understand how these defects were magically "not there." I tried to have the agent help me work out an amicable resolution with the seller, only to receive nothing but pushback and resistance. I understand there's a lot of good feedback here that I've read, and that the main reason why I decided to try it out. Sorry folks, but this experience has been the polar opposite of what you all have stated. I will be asking for my money back and will be looking elsewhere.

Thank you. I received the item. Please leave bad feedback for the #taobao seller. The seller's picture shows "T" shaped connectors, but they sent a different connector. They send a connector shaped like "h". I was able to use it, but it was not the right one. I should have noticed the difference in the #pictures you sent me, so I do not blame TaobaoRing.

Don't buy from this seller again.
The product is just pure plastic.
He shows #pictures of "real" iphones on his #taobao, but in real it's just some piece of plastic.
I'm not satisfied, paid too much money for nothing.

Item was perfect, as shown in #pictures and the measurements were perfectly correct, also arrived very quick :D
