I’ve been using this service for many opportunities and I LOVE IT. Staff is so helpful and very quick to answer. Also the #packaging is great and everything arrive in excellent conditions.

I pre-ordered the Myethos Shaohua Hatsune Miku figure with an extra pre-order bonus item via 42agent, and despite the manufacturer delaying the product there was no issue. 42agent was quick to respond whenever I updated the figure's production status (also whenever I asked a question), and even though it was a long pre-order wait time, everything went smoothly! #EMS #shipping to EU takes a while, but the #packaging was so careful and Miku arrived in perfect condition. Thank you very much.

I've ordered via 42agent twice now. The first time was a smooth process. The second time I bought a digital item among other items. I requested one #packaging for all items. However because of that digital item (even though no battery was in it) the package kept getting return to sender by the postal service. After 2 times, 42agent offered an alternative solution, which was to send the digital item through a different service provider. They nicely repacked everything. The package without the digital item came finally in the usual #EMS timeframe. The digital item took much longer but it also finally arrived #safely. Seriously if I had to #purchase and do the #shipping myself I would have been so lost when anything unusual happens. Thanks to 42agent for the excellent service in providing a hassle-free shopping experience.

Ordered a vintage toy with original #packaging (box) which arrived with part of the front of box torn (by a #taobao shipper), rendering the box undisplayable. The box was further damaged (bent) because the multiple items I ordered were all stuffed into the vintage toy package box and then _taped_ shut. Contacted #Taobao who refused to admit fault and offered a two (2) dollar refund. Will no longer be using them as a result.

Service was excellent, but more caution needs to be taken when #packaging the products. The tags on my item were all bent out of shape because the toy was stuffed into a box that was not quite big enough for it.

I made a huge order to the US this time with some friends, so we were pretty nervous. I had good experience ordering from TaobaoRing in the past, so I decided to go through with it.
The agents responded to my questions and informed me of item concerns #quickly and efficiently. The only small trouble was they've forgotten to order one of the later items for me, and I was confused by our correspondence. However, given that the order was huge and they did an amazing job getting all the rest of the items, I can't complain!
The package came VERY quickly! I was delighted to see how neat the #packaging was. Overall, it was a great experience and I'll surely use this service again!

This was my first time ordering anything from online so I was quite apprehensive about doing so. However, they replied very #quickly (considering the huge time gap between our countries) and listened to all my tedious requests- such as taking some of my items out of their #packaging and taking extra specific #pictures. They were very polite and friendly and everything went smoothly. The package took a long time to arrive (around 5 weeks) but that was because I chose #SAL, which is slower than #airmail or #EMS. Hi, may I check the original #packaging of the http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?spm=2013.1.6863826-928473852.7.nYTvW0&id=12733396555 is given to me? It doesn't have a nice packaging box?
And also the box to contain all the toys are too soft and lousy. A few of my toy boxes are damaged.
This is really disappointing as compared to the last order and my order is almost doubled the quantity I ordered the last time.
