Absolutely amazing service all round! Monica and Shining did a wonderful job of keeping me updated throughout the whole process — Most notably, informing me of changing to a #cheaper #shipping service (which would have taken around the same time as the one I’d originally chosen) as well as letting me know that my package was stuck at the post office in my city! Thank goodness, it did not have to be sent back, and was simply a matter of the parcel arriving earlier than expected, but I very much appreciated the message! I would have had no idea otherwise.
Will definitely be coming back again — already have other things in mind to #purchase for my next shipment!

I am able to buy from #taobao on my own. But I still use this service instead. :) The little extra money is 100% worth it! Less stress. Better #communication. #cheaper #shipping. And if there are any problems with the products, they contact the seller for you. So far I've had Dune, Monica, and Purple. Great experience with every order I've made. The package arrived 13 days after mailed, which is almost as quick as #EMS or #airmail, but much #cheaper than EMS. The package was well #packed with tape wrapped around the parcel entirely. All the items were as showned in the preview photos taken just before #shipping. One of the sticker sheets was bent during shipping but otherwise nothing was damaged.
The only disappointment was during ordering that one of the items (a sticker sheet) was lost after it arrived at their office. I think the fact that not all items arrived at the same time contributed to the issue. The staff was nice enough to refund the item + local shipping fee back, since at that point the item were sold out on #taobao and cannot be purchased again. Otherwise the entire process was easy and hassle free.

I've loved the items, really, but the freight made the price ive paid for them just completely absurd. $ 25 for 3 films + 1 plastic case isnt supposed to cost this much. I'm interested if theres #cheaper way to ship to my country. The time of shipment was nice, as I've expected it would take.

A completely dedicated service. They confirmed my items and got them in fairly in time. My favorite part especially was when they offered to switch the mailing services from #EMS to Singapore Airmal for #cheaper #shipping since my items were light. I love using this service.

Received all 3 #SAL packages (Canadian destination) in 10-12 business days (excluding Sat. and Sun.), which is faster than best time listed on website. Honest weighing of the packages. Nice to be able to split a big order and ship some packages earlier.
All items in right colour/quantity except for fake flower petals in very high quantities (over 10K). A few clothes are small when trying on. Didn't check all sizes, but for 1 suit, the size on the label is half different than ordered (same height, smaller chest size).
Fragile items are well-protected with Styrofoam/bubble wraps. Pleasantly surprised that even items with glasses and oversized items are accepted. Really like how TBR also shipped the small gifts that some sellers gave. Minor product quality defects in a few items: e.g. dents on surface of shoes when #shoe boxes are removed, good condition for shoes in shoe boxes. Could have been better with customized items: didn't follow instruction in remark for customized pillow and wedding #dress.
Online order form and calculations are not perfect, agents still had to manually calculate refund for discounted commission and items that have no stock after first payment. But agents are nice enough to refund 8% commission on "no after paid" items even though I paid 7% commission for 2000+ order. Due to the 15 CNY flat #shipping fee per seller, recommend getting items under 70 CNY per seller from other #taobao agents with #cheaper domestic shipping fee.
English fluency is pretty good. Uploaded product photos very #fast. Responsive to messages and emails. Overall service is decent for what you pay. In order to minimize workload, customers themselves are expected to do more work, like putting in remark for every single item if there is free shipping or sale price/discount even if you are ordering multiple items in different size/colour from the same link, though TBR also adjusted a few prices with deeper discount on their own without customer intervention. Consequently, I'd recommend #Taobao Ring for non-custom
