I pre-ordered the Myethos Shaohua Hatsune Miku figure with an extra pre-order bonus item via 42agent, and despite the manufacturer delaying the product there was no issue. 42agent was quick to respond whenever I updated the figure's production status (also whenever I asked a question), and even though it was a long pre-order wait time, everything went smoothly! #EMS #shipping to EU takes a while, but the #packaging was so careful and Miku arrived in perfect condition. Thank you very much.

I submitted my order in October. #communication was absolutely wonderful and quick. We had some delays from the seller on Xianyu, but it all worked out and my order was shipped in late November via #EMS. Due to the EMS and Covid delays, it took a while for my order to get here, but it arrived December 23rd in perfect condition, safe and sound. Thank you so much! I will certainly be using this service again.

Got my very first order from 42agent today. The package was shipped via #EMS so there was a huge delay due to COVID-19. But everything arrived #safely and my items were all wrapped up nicely. I’m very happy to have all my orders delivered safely. Definitely recommend 42agent for anyone who’s looking for a proxy to buy things you can’t get anywhere outside of China. I've ordered via 42agent twice now. The first time was a smooth process. The second time I bought a digital item among other items. I requested one #packaging for all items. However because of that digital item (even though no battery was in it) the package kept getting return to sender by the postal service. After 2 times, 42agent offered an alternative solution, which was to send the digital item through a different service provider. They nicely repacked everything. The package without the digital item came finally in the usual #EMS timeframe. The digital item took much longer but it also finally arrived #safely. Seriously if I had to #purchase and do the #shipping myself I would have been so lost when anything unusual happens. Thanks to 42agent for the excellent service in providing a hassle-free shopping experience.

The package shipped out very #quickly via #EMS #shipping. Everything came in perfect condition. Only complaint is with the seller. With the Riamu #cosplay, the zipper is very weak and tight around the arms and chest. I still have the same measurements as I did before. But 42agent did a perfect job at buying items and shipping + great #communication.

Package came very safe. #EMS #shipping usually takes a week for me to receive and #DHL takes 3-5 days for me. I did EMS and package came in a week :)
Packed very securely, small items and fragile items have extra care. Very rare for items to break, I had small item cracked but it is okay. Can easily fix. Anyways, very satisfied with items and service! 42agent responds very #fast and are great help :)

This was the worst order I did in Taobaoring in all this years buying. I paid for a express #shipping and I received it 2 weeks later. #EMS has a guaranteed delivery or they return your money back but Taobaoring did NOTHING for give me this money so I lost 50$ and I get my order late.
This has been very serious and I will consider buying back here. If I do it definitely never more express delivery

Amazing! Packages came within 4 days for #EMS shipping!

The whole order went smoothly and #quickly. When the item was larger than the #shipping method i chose allowed, they promptly informed me. When it turned out it needed to be shipped by #EMS they did not charge me any extra and i very much appreciate that. The item was #packed well and arrived #safely. I would use the service again!

One item, fake boobs used for #cosplay or drag got taken out of my package and subject to return. #Fedex is being ridiculous. Use #EMS instead.

This was my first time using a #taobao agent, and I just want to say I am so, so satisfied! I made a mistake while choosing the size for a #costume I ordered, but my agent was kind enough to offer to exchange it for the right one. #shipping also took less than a week through #EMS (My package was delivered on a Saturday!!) All in all, using TaobaoRing/42agent made my first big #Taobao #purchase a stress-free one! Will definitely use again in the near future!

TaoBaoRing is the absolute best. They're so #fast and go above and beyond when you need help. Seriously, if you're not satisfied just contact them because they WILL make sure you are happy. I can't tell you how thankful I am for TBR. I can't buy clothes locally because I just don't like anything in stores and buying from here is easily half price and TBR just makes the whole process go very smoothly. Sometimes #shipping can be expensive but I always use #EMS so that's my own fault! These guys are just golden, though.

Will be buying with them again :) The only small mishap was we had trouble finding a good portion of someones order because the accessories were so small but we found them eventually in the same bag as a #wig so be sure to look everywhere if you have the same issue

The package arrived 13 days after mailed, which is almost as quick as #EMS or #airmail, but much #cheaper than EMS. The package was well #packed with tape wrapped around the parcel entirely. All the items were as showned in the preview photos taken just before #shipping. One of the sticker sheets was bent during shipping but otherwise nothing was damaged.
The only disappointment was during ordering that one of the items (a sticker sheet) was lost after it arrived at their office. I think the fact that not all items arrived at the same time contributed to the issue. The staff was nice enough to refund the item + local shipping fee back, since at that point the item were sold out on #taobao and cannot be purchased again. Otherwise the entire process was easy and hassle free.

Mihai - regardless you're leaving these comments in a FEEDBACK section which looks like you're complaining. As I said, #customs is seizing your stuff because it's counterfeit/illegal most likely as they don't just seize items for no reason. Also because you've had stuff seized already everything you order gets flagged for being inspected regardless of whether it's okay or not, which is probabley why some of your stuff gets through if it's legit. Just a tip for the future. :) Use a different courier than #EMS if you don't want it confiscated (DHL perhaps?) if you want to continue importing stuff that's risky (there's a list here: http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/customs/banned-restricted.htm If you want to see!)

A completely dedicated service. They confirmed my items and got them in fairly in time. My favorite part especially was when they offered to switch the mailing services from #EMS to Singapore Airmal for #cheaper #shipping since my items were light. I love using this service.

At first, I don't know whom I'd talked to but s/he was very unfriendly. But after that I got to communicate with Rosalinda. She was very friendly and helpful with my orders.
I tried to order more than 5kg to get the discount off from #EMS as I didn't want to wait 30 days or more to receive my package. I paid more than US$100 a little bit for the #shipping and it arrived within exactly 7 days even including Thanksgiving holiday (which was incredible!!!).
I got one item totally different with the information I ordered. They should have taken picture individually each item. But still, the service was very great.

Hi, it has been 2 weeks already and I still havent received my package. Cant even track the package because its not recognized by th #EMS site. Please Help me. I want my package. I thought it was reliable to use an agent but I guess not.
