AMAZING service! Customer service responds always pretty #fast and friendly! Items came really #quickly and well #packaged, no damage or anything! Started using their service a while ago and everything has gone perfectly, definitely use again in future!

I pre-ordered the Myethos Shaohua Hatsune Miku figure with an extra pre-order bonus item via 42agent, and despite the manufacturer delaying the product there was no issue. 42agent was quick to respond whenever I updated the figure's production status (also whenever I asked a question), and even though it was a long pre-order wait time, everything went smoothly! #EMS #shipping to EU takes a while, but the #packaging was so careful and Miku arrived in perfect condition.
