My 2nd successful order from TaobaoRing :) It's just annoying that #customs here in my country always makes me go to the main office to inspect my item just because it's in a box. But nonetheless, nice working with TaobaoRing again ^^

This is my first order with TaobaoRing. Everything is okay: I had to wait a bit because of the holidays, but the agent has been very kind to inform me about it. The goods arrived intact, the only problem was the #customs duties to pay. I will definitely use this site again!

Feel happy to receive my package today, and all 37 items are OK, no damage. But I just hate the #customs that the package was charged a tax of 18usd, but that's not TaobaoRing/42agent' s fault. ' I like TaobaoRing/42agent's service a lot, best ever.
Batch order was delayed due to Blue Beard orders. I hope this won't happen again (even if TBR is not to blame). 17 kilos! whew! It's no surprised that PH #customs taxed me. Maybe I'll stick with smaller orders next time. Till my next order! :)

Amazing customer service, they replied to my messages very #quickly and I was able to follow the order process online. The items that I had ordered arrived at their warehouse about 3 days after the first payment, was made, except for a shirt. (we had to wait for a restock in my size) When the shirt arrived they messaged me about the second payment (shipping). The package was shipped from China the 10th of June and arrived at the #customs in Denmark the 15th. Because of custom clearance I had to wait about a week, but that is not TaobaoRing's fault. Today the package arrived. I'm very satisfied with my items, and I will definitely use TaobaoRing as my agent again!

The items are perfect. the only problem was that due to #customs duties i needed to pay $35 usd extra becaose of a pair of boots and #DHL didn't tell me before. Anyway, the rest of the items were perfect!
I have received the order correctly, the items are as the photos, I am very happy to have their services, you can improve the issue of #customs and I had to pay 23.98 euros, so I'm still very happy, greetings
Overall very pleased, but took over a month to receive via #SAL. My previously orders only took 2-3 weeks. I also had to pay #customs when normally i haven't had to. But still very happy with the service, because i understand things like this can happen and it only happened to me 2 or 3 times out of about 10 orders. Will not effect me continuing to use this service. :)
The order arrived within 7 days after shippinh. The estimated #shipping time was 1-2 months so needless to say i'm very satisfied with that. It also didn't get caught by #customs anf the products arrived without any flaws. Thank you very much =)
Mihai - regardless you're leaving these comments in a FEEDBACK section which looks like you're complaining. As I said, #customs is seizing your stuff because it's counterfeit/illegal most likely as they don't just seize items for no reason. Also because you've had stuff seized already everything you order gets flagged for being inspected regardless of whether it's okay or not, which is probabley why some of your stuff gets through if it's legit. Just a tip for the future. :) Use a different courier than #EMS if you don't want it confiscated (DHL perhaps?) if you want to continue importing stuff that's risky (there's a list here: http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/customs/banned-restricted.htm If you want to see!)
Great service. Reply super #fast and listen to all requests. I'll be using in the future! Also, to user mihai who keeps leaving feedback about #customs destroying their items: TaobaoRing/42agent is not responsible for items being destroyed by customs. Once you've had something destroyed by customs once your address becomes flagged for customs inspections for everything coming in. I'd recommend not buying counterfeit/replica goods or illegal items. Please do not blame TaobaoRing/42agent by continually complaining in the feedback.

I received my items a long time ago but forgot to update my status sorry. The #packaging was okay,the items were cramped but they separate which is nice. Shipping was #fast as always with #EMS (my package landed in the #customs though,because it was too heavy and there wasn't any description on what was inside). This was my first time ordering so i was really worried but there really was no need for that. The #shipping was faster than i had expected - i had to wait for it in #customs though. But otherwise the only problem i had was a pair of boots was missing blue laces, but it doesnt really bother me since i planned on swapping to a black pair anyways. All in all im really happy for my #purchase and I'll be using the service again the next time i order from #taobao :3

I got the items amazingly #quickly, all in good condition. However, there was a red sticker on the box saying that it violates paragraph 9 and 10 of the european trading law and that the parcel should be delieverd only to the #customs office and not to me? However, the parcel went, luckily, directly to me so there's nothing to complain about ^^ Great service, #fast and efficient and also quite cheap.
my first time shopping on #taobao went very well, i'm glad i used this agent. this website is set up well, and the employees answered any questions i had. they even gave me a clear translation of the product description when i asked. they will also choose the fastest and cheapest #shipping method for you if you can't decide. my product came from china in 1.5 - 2 weeks with singapore #airmail. the only problem i had (and it may be the sellers fault or #customs policy) is that there was no film with the camera that i bought, though the seller said it would be included. i don't know who it was removed by, but i'd like to find out. nonetheless, my experience with this agent was great !!
This was my first time using TaobaoRing and I was very happy with the service they provide. I ordered my items fairly in advance as I was aware of Chinese New Year delays, however the purchasing process was much faster than I expected and the staff replied to my messages very #quickly. The only minor complaint I would have is the period of time between my items arriving in the office and my second payment request being sent out could have been improved on - but this was only a couple of days delay and not really an issue to me. I chose #SAL#shipping, which arrived today - only a week after my package was shipped and a whole month before I needed my items to arrive! Everything was very securely #packaged and experienced no damage in transit. The #customs form was marked down as I requested when I originally submitted my order, so travelled through customs very quickly with no extra fees. Thanks TaobaoRing! I will definitely be using you again in future. :)
Last #communication I had from TaobaoRing/42agent is 3/18 and nothing since. They just posted on their news section that they wont be #shipping anything to the US due to #customs issue. So what happens to my items that I purchased sitting in your offices?
